Jack is a performance improvement strategist and leader. His programs have been widely recognized as some of the most successful behavioral change initiatives in corporate America.
As a business leader he successfully led a 2-year Customer Success Transformation of 453 directors, managers and associates that supported 19 branch operations, thousands of clients and over a billion in client revenues annually. He sold, designed, and launched a lead referral program called “Just Ask” within a large telecommunications firm that delivered over a million sold referrals, achieved 80% engagement with their technician audience and generated over $100M in annual revenue in its 5th year of operation. He conceived and partnered with a telecommunications firm on the design and implementation of a program called “Five Star” that engaged over 100,000 of their employees from call centers to service technicians and delivered over $500M in cost savings.
What Jack will tell you was his great lesson from all these successful programs is this…success was predicating on moving the middle. The middle represents over 60% of a company’s expenses, customer interactions and growth potential and the manager is always the key to getting the middle engaged and becoming a high performing team. When companies understand this dynamic and its implications it realizes the importance of the manager in transforming performance and driving growth.
Jack is one of 12 children, married, 3 children and an avid golfer, reader, and endurance athlete having competed in over 10 Ironman races. His clients and teams have become his biggest advocates and promoters which is Jack’s greatest source of pride and recognition.
